Deborah Sharp, M.A. — 2010


Debbie Sharp was Project Specialist for Mobility International USA (MIUSA) for two years after she graduated from the International Studies MA program in 2010. She was based in Eugene for 18 months and in British Columbia for 6 months. Later, she worked for United Way of the Lower Mainland (UWLM), one of the largest non-profit organizations in B.C., and the largest United Way in B.C. Debbie worked on seniors programming, and traveled throughout BC for 4 years. Her final job there was as Acting Program Manager. In October, 2016, she went to Guatemala (see photo, Deb is on the right) for a MIUSA Rights Now! visit. She’s currently working on a project promoting international disability rights.
