Discussion will be led by a student panel made up of returning students from the Summer 2019 GEO Study Abroad Program “Indigenous Rights & Environmental Justice” in Bolivia, and Professor Derrick Hindery. Panelists will discuss the 2019 study abroad, upcoming 2020 study abroad, and ongoing projects supporting Guarayo and Monkox / Chiquitano indigenous peoples and conservation of their forests.
