Samantha Gammons joins Harvard Kennedy School
Samantha Gammons, MA 2014, works as Program Coordinator at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School, working with the Singapore Program. It’s a partnership program with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. At the LKY School, a cohort of mid-career government officials (mostly from Asia) are admitted to the Master of Public Manager program. Their first semester is spent in Singapore and second at the Kennedy School. Samantha oversees this cycle on the U.S. side, in collaboration with colleagues in Singapore and the Faculty Chair at the Kennedy School. Samantha is excited to work with Professor Odd Arne Westad, who is an important scholar of the Cold War and U.S.-Asia Relations. Previously, Samantha had worked with Holt International, which was an opportunity to work with the Chinese adoptee community. Samantha was one of the bright stars of the International Studies MA program in 2012-14.
